30 Seconds of Ball Slams @ 20/14 lbs
Rest 30 Seconds
30 Seconds of Rowing
Rest 30 seconds





Reminder to all.  Our class times are also Open gym times where you can come in and do whatever you would like whether that is yesterday's workout or skill work.
