B1. Front Squat 3 x 3 rest 30 seconds
B2. Side Bridge, 20 seconds hold each/side x 3 sets, rest 90 seconds
C. 4 Sets of the following:
15 clapping push-ups As Fast As Possible
Row x 30 seconds all out effort!
Rest 3 Minutes between sets
