A. Broad Jump.   Max Distance x 4 attempts.   Rest 1 minute between reps.

B. Standing Triple Jump.    Max distance x 4 attempts.  Rest 1 minute between reps.


C1 Power clean, 2-2-2-2-2;  2:00 rest

C2. Dips (ring or bar), 2-3 x 5, 21X1;  2:00 rest

5 sets
5 burpees AFAP
immediately into
40 m ALL OUT SPRINT!!
rest 2 minutes between sets
