A. Close Grip Bench Press, 10.8.6.4.2, rest 2:00 minutes between sets


B. AMRAP 10 Minutes of:
10 Hang Squat Cleans @ 95/65
20 Lateral Barbell Hops





If you can't make the evening class and want to get in a scheduled workout go for this:


A. Clapping Push-ups    20,16,12,8,4.    rest 2:00 minutes between sets


B:  AMRAP 10 minutes of 
10 squat jumps
15 sit-ups
20 lateral hops over small object
