Level 1:
Run 0.5 miles for time @ 90% effort

rest 10 minutes

Run 0.5 miles for time @ 90% effort.

Level 2:
Take the time to have a good warm-up and get your body prepped for a 2 mile run.

Run 2 miles for time.
