A1. DB Walking Lunges, 3 sets of 8/each leg, rest 45 seconds
A2. Ring Dips, 3 sets of 6-8 reps @ 20×1 rest 1:00 minute
B. 5 Sets of the following:
Tough N Go Deadlift @ moderate to heavy weight x 8 reps
Run 200 meters
*Rest 1:30 between sets*
