Workout of the Day
Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand Push-Ups
7 Burpees
7 Ring Dips
7 Pull-Ups

  1. Had to do this one at home due to weather. It was the kind of metcon that's really been getting to me lately, something definitely off. Did regular pushups. By the 4th round felt awful, and the range of movement started to suffer on the rings and pullups. Heart rate was high by the third round as well, around 165. Final time was 12:31.
