CLASS IS CANCELLED TONIGHT DUE TO THE PENDING STORM. DO THE TABATA MASH-UP AT HOME!

A1 High Bar Back Squat  5-5-5-5-5.  Rest 2 minutes

A2. Ring Rows-     AMRAP(-2) with perfect form.  tight core.
