Level 1
A1. DB shoulder press.  alternating reps per arm.  6-8 reps. Rest 45s

A2. Partner leg tosses.  12-15 reps.                                     Rest 45s

7 minute AMRAP
7 Box Jumps
7 burpees
7 KB or DB swings


Level 2:

Press   3,2,2,1,1,1.  Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Build for a 1 RM

+

7 minute AMRAP
7 Box Jumps
7 burpees
7 KB or DB Swings  - 55 lbs.
