  1. had to skip ,tues,weds as I had a nasty cold Mon,tues and worked 16 hours wed.

    mashed up tues and weds


    did the EMOM of PC and CGBP. 185 pc, 175bench, used 185 for bench last 3 sets.

    PC,right lunge,left lunge, S2O -- 14 reps. 1 more than last time.

    plus 3 400m rows with 3 mins rest
