Level 1:
A. OHS-   5,5,5,5,5.    First set with PVC, second set with empty bar or small bar. Build per set.    Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Secret Service Snatch Test 
10 min AMRAP
Kettlebell Hang Snatch   -  55# DB or KB / 25# DB or KB
