 Four sets of:

A1.  Dumbbell Walking Lunges x 20 steps @ 10X1 Rest 60 seconds 

A2.  Ring Rows x 10-12 reps @ 2111 Rest 60 seconds 

+
Three rounds for time of: 
20 wall balls
15 kbs 
10 burpee pull-ups
