Training
For athletes not competing:
5 tng hang power snatch
Row 20s all out
Rest 3 minutes x 4 sets
5 hang clean
7 burpees all out
Rest 3 mins x 4 sets
Amrap double unders in 2 mins
Rest 1 min x 3
For athletes competing in Fall Brawl:
2 rounds of warm up with 5 min foam rolling between sets. Easy rowing/movement and light stretching.
