Make up workout from Thursday or :



A.  Clean Grip Deadlift    - build to a medium difficult 3 reps.

B. Bench Press.    5,5,5.     Rest 3 mins between sets

6 sets
5 dips
8  chin-ups
rest 1 minute ---- add weight or scale as necessary.
