A. OHS 3,3,3 @ 30X1   rest 2 minutes


or if you did not attend yesterday

A. Ring rows  8,8,8,8,8   rest 90s

Level 2:


A.  Weighted pull-ups-  5,4,3,2,1.  rest 2 minutes between sets
