We will be scaling this for a great deal of our clients.
The scaling will be

10 pull-ups
20 push-ups
30 situps
40 squats
rest 3:00
beginners will do:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 situps
20 squats
rest 3:00
This is a real grinder and is very difficult but it is doable. After completing this WOD you will have accomplished quite a feat.

nice improvement mike. A 7% improvement on time is a nice chunk.
ReplyDeleteDid the 10 pullup, 20 pushup, 30 situp, 40 squat scale for five rounds. Times:

Last round was tough. Lost depth on 8 squats. Pushups got hard on round 4--they were what slowed my times on the last 2 rounds. Need to work on quicker pullups--didn't quite get the rhythm there until round 3.
