Row 250 Meters
10 Dumbbell Push Press
10 Dumbbell Front Squat

Rest 8 minutes

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
20 Jump Switch Lunges
20/12 Hand-Release Push-Ups
10 Pull-Ups---  scale 5 -1 Arm rows with KB.

Rest 8 minutes

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
20 Box Jumps (24″/18″)
15/10 Toes to Bar --- scale hanging leg raise
10/5 Ring Dips  ---scale bench dips 

*necessary scaling will be provided by a coach.
