Programming

As an OPT CCP coach, we strive to build the best program for development of well balanced and healthy athletes.

We utilize concepts, ideas and occasional training templates from many coaches in the OPT CCP community, notably CJ Martin of Crossfit Invictus,James FitzGerald from Optimum Performance Training and Max El-Hag. We customize these for our athletes in a manner that will lead to successful progression and development over the long term.

Our goals as coaches are to always strive to learn and utilize the best methods to help our athletes achieve their desired results.
