Back Squat
Sets of 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1;
and then,
Back Squat x Max Reps
(males = BW, females = 3/4 BW);
(males = BW, females = 3/4 BW);
Three rounds for time of:
30 Walking Lunges
30 Anchored Sit-Ups
400m run
