Five sets of:
Single-Arm DB Row x 6-8 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Feet-Elevated Dynamic Push-Ups x 10-12 reps
Rest 60 seconds
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
12 x Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatch
12 x Renegade Rows
