A1. Standing DB Press 4-6 x 4; rest 90 sec
A2. Clean Grip Dead Lift  3-5 x 4; rest 90 sec
B. Depth Push Ups - elevate hands - 20/set x 3; rest 1 min only b/t sets
(fraction as needed)
C. GHD Sit Ups - 20 x 4; rest 90 sec

    Really need to work on those pushups!

    A2. Deadlift: 1)4 reps@185lb. 2) 4 reps@190lb.
    3) 4 reps@ 195 lb. 4) 4 reps@ 205lb.

    B. Elevated Pushups on rings, 3 sets of 20

    C. GHD situps, 3x20, 2 count down, no pause, 2 count up.

    Unlike many, this workout played to all of my strengths, so this one was easy for me.
