As Fast as Possible complete:

21-15-9
Box Jumps (24"/20")
Power Snatch (75#/55#)
Chest To Bar Pull Ups

Scaling will be chosen by a Coach.

  1. Nice work to Rebecca today who hang power snatched 65# for a double and then did the WOD in 11:45 with 24" box jumps!!, 45 lb power snatch and band pull-ups.
