Back to regularly scheduled classes today!!!

3 rounds for time:
15 Toes to Bar
15 Front Squat (from floor) 135#/95#
15 Burpees
15 Power Cleans

Reps and weights will be scaled accordingly.. We will use approximately 50% of your 1 rep max in the power clean.
