DU x 40 reps

B. odd : 8-10 PERFECT rep barbell thruster from the ground.
    even :  5-7 ring rows.

C.
3 RFT
DL x 8 reps   ---moderate weight. Be under control but fast.  May use KB.
Burpees x 12 reps.
