    3:51. I paced the first set of burpees too much. KBS unbroken. I think 3:40 is doable for me with a bit more urgency on burpees.

    felt good during warmup, thought i would get around 4:30. first row was fine 46.4s, right where I wanted to be. burpees started off good, then slowed fast. KBS were a grind - 10, 10, 5. 2nd set of burpees a slow grind but steady. final row was 47.5s, so that was again where I wanted to be. So the burpees and KBS killed my time, which is not a surprise as I am weak on those movements. Need to get better at pushing through when it starts to hurt.
