AMRAP 10 Minutes of the following:
Run 100 Meters
8 DB Push Press
Airdyne 15 Calories
Rest 5 Minutes between sets
+

B1. Side Bridges, 18 seconds/each side x 3 sets, rest 30 seconds.
B2. DB Upright Row @ 30×1, 10-12 reps x 3 sets, rest 30 seconds.

C. Additional pull-up work. 

Performance:

A.
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy snatch.

B.
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy Clean & Jerk

C.
Three sets of:
Front Squat x 2 reps
Rest as needed
